On Tuesday 21st June, 25 Young Carers from Kessingland Church of England Primary Academy were invited to attend the Lowestoft East Point Rotary Kids Day Out. This event took place at Richardson’s Family Bowl in Lowestoft, with transport provided by Pakefield High School.

The children participated in two games of bowling and this was followed by a beautiful buffet lunch.

When asked, all of the children said they had had an amazing time. Below are just a few of their comments on the day.

“I enjoyed getting three strikes”
“I’ve never been bowling; they made my dream come true!”
“It was amazing! Thank you everyone who made this a very special day.”

Our most grateful thanks are extended to all who made this an incredibly special day.
